Exclusion:
• Any meals other than those mentioned above package.
• All the entrance tickets of parks, museum, which is not mentioned.
• Cost due to upgrading / changing hotels, room type, luxury cars etc.
• Any additional transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Any Boating, Other theater show charges if any.
• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water,
telephone charges.
• AC will not be available during driving in the hills or if the vehicle is parked
somewhere.
• Any Services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays,
roadblocks.
• Above 0 to 5 year 50% of the adult fee will be applicable, 5 years & above kid
will be considered as adult.
• Medicines required if any.
• Extra Photographs clicked outer than group photographs
• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any individual
incurring incidence.
Payment terms & Cancellation Policy:
Payment Terms:
1. Deposit:
o A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
o This deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking confirmation to secure your
spot.
2. Balance Payment:
o The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the
departure date.
3. Late Payment:
o Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of
the booking with no refund of the deposit.
4. Payment Methods:
o We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit card, or Cash. Please note
that credit card payments may incur additional fees.
5. Currency:
o All prices are quoted in local currency (INR), and payments must be made in the
same currency unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation by Customer:
• 60+ days prior to departure: Full refund, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total
package cost.
• 30-59 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• 20-29 days prior to departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• 15 days or less prior to departure: No refund.
• Cancellation by Tour Operator:
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or
insufficient bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Customers will receive a
full refund or have the option to rebook for a later date.
• Non-refundable Components:
• Certain services like flights, visas, and hotel bookings may be non-refundable once
confirmed. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance and these costs will
not be refunded.
• Changes in Itinerary:
• Any changes requested by the customer after the tour has started will be subject to
availability and additional charges
REMARKS:
▪ Tourist should buy their roaming service before tour or should buy foreign sim cards
if needed (one per family).
▪ As per the immigration authority of Dubai, it is mandatory to carry adequate finance
equivalent to 5000 Dirham per person or 10000 Dirhams per family in the form of
cash/credit card, as a security amount.
▪ To process your visa our visa representative will get in touch with you for document
requirements.
▪ All meals are provided by Anugraha Yatra in case the flight reaches the stipulated
destination early morning or leaves destination late in the evening.
▪ In case, a particular sightseeing cannot be covered or visited on the tour, owing to any
kind of unavoidable political, environmental or social circumstances, then it will be
replaced with other best possible alternative sightseeing.
▪ Under unavoidable circumstances itineraries may be changed or reserved, however all
inclusions in the itinerary will remain same.
▪ Standard check-in and check-out time of international hotels is usually 2PM AND
10AM respectively.
